- Apartment 1 - A large two roomed, self-contained holiday apartment to accommodate 2/4, situated on the first floor with sea views across Torbay. The fully equipped lounge/dinette has two double leather sofas, kitchen table and chairs and a comfortable double wall bed and a single folding guest bed. The south facing bedroom has a double bed with en-suite shower, toilet and wash hand basin.
Apartment 3 - A self-contained holiday apartment on the ground floor to accommodate 3/4. This south facing apartment is very popular with couples. Entered from the garden, it has a sun lounge/conservatory, off which is the fully equipped lounge/dinette which contains a double sofa and two single sofas and kitchen table with chairs, A single folding guest bed can be supplied if requested for a fourth person. The bedroom has a double bed and a single bed with en-suite bath, toilet and wash hand basin with ceramic floor tiles througout. The garden has tables and chairs with some sea glimpses of the bay
